The Joint stock company ZVU POTEZ a.s. was founded on April 1st, 1997 as a daughter company of ZVU a.s. (founded in 1869), the company with a long tradition in deliveries for food and chemical industry and for power stations.
In December 2001 ZVU POTEZ a.s. was fully privatized and separated as a property from ZVU group.

The main program of the deliveries and the production of ZVU POTEZ a.s.:
- special apparatuses for pharmaceutical, energy, chemical and oil industry
- pressure vessels
- tube exchangers
- chemical apparatuses
- breweries with references of more than 200 complete breweries and 50 minibreweries
- sugar factories with references of more than 200 sugar factories all over the world

ZVU POTEZ a.s. is able to act either as a General Contractor of technological equipment for investment completes or as a Supplier of individual machines as per Client’s requirements.

ZVU POTEZ a.s. has certified Quality Control System and also it holds many certificates for the production and the export.
Whole production area is approximately 21 990 m2 and now there are nearly 500 employees.

Producten

Production premises are adapted for production of machinery for investment completes. ZVU POTEZ a.s. includes three production departments situated in two production shops. Department Boiler Shop is determined for the assembly of sizable completes especially consisting of shells and corresponding conical or dished bottoms. The facility’s machine equipment consists of bending rolls, presses, bending, shearing, welding, planing and grinding machines, and devices for winding up duplicators. Electrochemical polishing plant building pertains to Boiler shop there are finished the internal/external surfaces of tanks for breweries.
Machine tool plant provides for machine shaping and assembly of minor parts. Its equipment consists of centre and vertical lathes, planers, horizontal boring machines, shaping machines, cutters, rack cutting machines, sharpening machines.
Assembly plant includes locksmith shop with welding, sharpening, and assembling of precision engineered products such as centrifuges, compensator’s production, copper-forge works and aluminum processing, and top surface finishing.
