J.M. KAPA is the private company, type Limited, which was established in the middle of 1994.

Owners are 2 persons with large experiences in managing of technology and manufacturing of larger production, incl. sheet metal production.

Company actual basic capital is 6,5 mil. Kc. Our subject of enterprise is to produce sheet metal parts for different customers using high technology of punching, laser cutting braking (bending), MIG/MAG and TIG welding, spot welding and finishing. Now we have equipments as follows:

The first punch press have been in process since january 1995, the last equipments -press brake Trumabend V 130 and laser cutting machine Trumatic L3030 - was given to production on the end of november 1999.
Our possibilities have increased up to 20 mm in steel, 12mm in stainless and 8 mm in alu and 3 m lenght of bend. During September 2000 we will put into the production new laser L 3030 and a stronger press brake V 230.
We use high-tech software (JET CAM) for punch press and laser cut giving us high flexibility.

Our current production possibilities are very high as follows:

punching of following ranges of material in the middle format (1250 x 2500 with reposition up to cca 3500 mm)
- steel up to 4 mm
- stainless up to 3 mm
- aluminium up to 5 mm
- brass, copper up to 5 mm

laser cutting - now up to the big format of sheet metal - 1500x3000 mm
- steel up to 20 mm
- stainless up to12 mm
- aluminium up to 8 mm
- round and square tubes cutting (incl. Holes and curves)
braking (bending) up to lengh 3 m.
shield welding incl. aluminium through MIG/MAG, TIG method
Spotwelding incl. Aluminium
polishing of surface after welding incl. grinded and polished stainless
powder painting - now in cooperation with close companies, from March 2000 in our own painting workshop
galvatiting in close cooperation

How our company has increased you can look according to no. of employees. In january 1995 we had 2 employees, now we have more then 140 ones. Our annual sales in 1999 overstepped 130 mil. Kc. Instead of sheet metal production we are able to advice with sheet metal parts design. Up to this time we have not finished quality approval. We export regularly to France, Germany, Holand, Belgium, Austria and Switzerland. Our direct export is around 45% of our turn over.
