Riskin foundries provide an extremely extensive range of precision components for diverse industries: lighting and electrical equipment, office furnishings, machine building, military equipment, projection apparatus... Our production department disposes of the most advanced technology for the manufacture of small to very large series, from medium to high complexity.

Special Processes

If you require the processing of a debarred casting, we can provide it. Surface finishing in cylindrical vibrators or in linear trough machine.We also carry out a large number of other processes:

> drilling, tapping, milling, reaming, turning
> the casting in or fitting of inserts (e.g. stainless steel)
> surface treatment (e.g. chromate coatings, black anodizing, lacquering)

• Thanks to our own tool making division , we not only offer you an economical benefit; we also have the advantage that our quality control team gets involved at the very beginning of the product. This is especially useful if your product is yet to be developed.For this we are proud to have the latest cutting edge machinery. Our design program, Bentley Microsoft, is considered by many to be the most efficient designing program on the market.
  
  In today's competitive market however, die costs vary enormously. One day tools are more economic from Ukraine or China . The Next day Romania or Malaysia . This in combination with an over saturation of cheap moulds made out of low quality material, makes it very hard to distinguish the difference between simply economical or economical and bad quality. For this reasons we have close partnerships with various tool makers in China, Romania, Italy, Ukraine and Mexico. In this way we are able to offer the economical benefits, as the knowledge of quality that we obtained after more then 50 years making die tools.
  
  Our tool making machine park consist of conventional turning, milling and cutting machines such as CNC milling machines ( Cortini ) , Deckel , erosion and spark machines ( AGIE ) , … .
  
  But most important of all, we have some of the best tool makers there are in our staff. Thanks to them, we have received the impeccable reputation for quality that we have today.
